Spiritual Meditation
You take those positive thoughts & meditate for 45 to 60 min once or twice a week…You’ll not only clear your head but put your body & mind in the same spirit, working together…In many ways it will clear up problems or pains either may have and raise your level of understanding & endurance at the same time:
Its rather easy: Lay on your back, arms at your side or crossing X your chest,you can use pillow for head but get & feel comfortable, focus on one thing like a thought, the sun and start breathing slowly in & out, going deeper and deeper feeling it through your abs, draw the breath all the way in to the very top as you feel your abs in your chest and exhale through your abs all the way to your toes till the last breathe…You’ll start to feel your head tingle as you breath faster and faster,like hyperventilating and your abs will get tighter & tighter and your whole body will feel electric when you have gotten to the last breath you can take and your abs are totally tight and your body feels tingly...Now just lay back listen watch feel & learn…
It will feel like hours but when you come out of it it will only have been 45 to 60 minutes…
Its really just the spiritual taking over and mastering the physical so even making love will feel more like a spiritual fulfillment then a physical gratification and you will pretty much feel excitement within you everyday...You can concentrate pretty much on anything from something your working on at work to making love and it will open a world of ideas...As well as do wonders for the health of your body...
Follow God and you get all that God can offer you...Follow man and receive all that he has to offer...Follow Christ and receive what Christ has offered...
